Nabilah has spent her career opening and running wellness businesses, and this is the first she has built for dogs. It began with a frustration. Grooming was everywhere, and nothing at all existed for the part that quietly shortens a dog's good years. So she drew the room herself, sent the first drawings back because they looked like kennels, and kept going until it looked like somewhere a person would want to sit.

My passion extends beyond creating beautiful haircuts. I believe that healthy skin and a well-maintained coat are the foundation of every great groom. Before becoming a groomer, I worked as an esthetician, which gave me a strong understanding of skin health, hair structure, and professional product selection. This unique background allows me to accurately assess different skin and coat conditions and choose the most appropriate grooming products and treatments for each dog. To further expand my knowledge, I completed professional training as a Pet Esthetician, gaining advanced expertise in canine skin and coat care, therapeutic treatments, and preventive grooming. I place a strong emphasis on improving and maintaining the overall health of each pet’s skin and coat, ensuring every dog leaves not only looking beautiful but feeling comfortable and healthy as well. I also take great pride in providing outstanding customer service. Building trusting relationships with clients through clear communication, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to their pets’ well-being is an essential part of my work. My goal is to create a positive experience for both pets and their owners while delivering the highest standard of professional grooming.

The first thirty seconds of a visit set the tone for the whole thing. Reception is deliberately calm, with room to stand aside if another dog is coming through, and somewhere to wait if you would rather not leave.
